Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

Follow-Up Visit
$150
Private pay patients receive the same comprehensive psychiatric care, medication management, and ongoing follow-up support. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide documentation that may assist with reimbursement.
Additional insurance plans are expected to be added, including Independence Blue Cross (Pennsylvania), AmeriHealth New Jersey, Oscar (Optum), Oxford (Optum), and United Healthcare (Optum).
